iPhone app will not login

Just upgraded too true image 2019 installed the app on my iPhone but won’t except my password I know it’s correct because it works ok when I logged into my account on line

Steven, welcome to these public User Forums.

What password are you using here and what type of mobile app backup / destination is being used?

If you are backing up to a local computer, then the password is not asked as all connection details are embedded in the QR code that you need to scan to establish the backup to that destination.

If you are backing up to the Acronis Cloud, then you need a Subscription for the Cloud and the password is the one for your Acronis Account where you hold that subscription for cloud services.
