Problem with the Acronis Mobile app for iPhone

I have been using this app for a long time to make a backup of my iPhone on a NAS that I have in my house. Since I made an update of the app, when I made the backup it generated a new one and the old one is still in the list, but when I want to recover photos from the old one, when I enter the photo section the app closes suddenly and it is impossible to do the recover I've tried restarting both the NAS and the iPhone, but the result is the same.
I located the backup file on my NAS and it's a xxx.tibx file but if I try to open it with Acronis 2019 from Windows it doesn't recognize the format.
I don't know what to do to recover this data.

The *.tibx file architecture is used by Backup 12.5 and for cloud backups.  It is also used for some local backups in ATI 2020. It is therefore possible that the backup in question can be opened in 2020. I cannot try as all my iOS decives are backed up to the Acronis Cloud - my NAS does not support backup of mobile devices.

You could download an evaluation version of ATI 2020 and see what you can do. Before doing so save your ATI settings as you will need to retrieve them when you first use ATI 2020 as it does not scan for existing backups when it first runs.

I tried with the 2020 version but it still tells me that it doesn't recognize the format.

I was not all that hopeful that it would work. For the moment i’m Out of ideas.
