Comments on my threads are not reaching me
These last three weeks, I started three threads. All of them received comments. However, I did not receive email notifications for any of them. My Acronis Forum settings are set to send me email notifications. However, no notifications of the comments are in my inbox, Outlook June e-mail folder or email Spam folder.
Why am I not receiving notifications and how can I start to receive notifications?
Perhaps your ISP has spam filters that are blocking them. I know of at least two major ISPs in Canada that have server-level spam filters that do not allow any user adjustment, so they often block newsletters, forum subscriptions, etc. that their users actually want to be delivered.
I am a member of about half a dozen forums and receive email notifications for all of the others. Why would my ISP block only this forum's email notifications?
Also, I have posted messages in three different locations, all using three different Internet service providers (ISPs). Email notifications did not reach me for any of these.
Is something wrong with how I configured my settings? Is an administrator able to look into this to confirm I have configured the notification settings correctly?

John, it appears the option to receive e-mail notifications was disabled in your account. I have enabled it and I am certain that you will be able to receive my message. If not, please send me a private message with a screenshot of your account settings and your browser version.

Thank you Anton. I am happy to report that I received your message. I find it strange however that the option was disabled. Yesterday, when I checked, my account was set to send me email notifications.

Can you check my account? It appears to be enabled but I never get any notices of replies.

I've enabled "Receive node follow-up notification e-mails" option and now you should get notifications.

I changed the settings first and then posted my reply. If you still don't receive any notifications, please check your spam folder. Adding of email address email@example.com to the list of contacts might be also helpful.
I guess my ISP (Network Solutions) is blocking Acronis or your board mailer IP for some reason. I get replies from many other forums noreply@ addresses.
as it turned out the issue was on our side and it should be fixed by now.
