'Mark All Read' option working?
Is the 'Mark All Read' option working correctly? When I click on that option in a particular forum, I'm still seeing the green-colored "x new posts" displayed.
The only way I've been able to clear that is to enter the forum and then exit, and after a refresh, the "new posts" text disappears.
It is not working at the moment. Acronis are aware of th eproblem.
Currently, the button "Mark all read" removes the indicators "new" for all comments in a particular forum section e.g. all "new" marks for new comments in the threads you've visited at least once in Acronis True Image 2018 forum.
It won't remove the indicators of new topics (not comments) shown in the main forum page.
We plan to add more details to the alerting system to make it more transparent for a user, however no ETA so far.

What is a "new mark" ? I can see a new count in some sections (as shown in your post) but I have never seen a new "mark". The new count shown for a general section is almost useless. The new threads or those containing a new comment should get a mark indicating this. Or the thread title should be displayed in bold. Like in any other forum software.
Indicating the number of new or modified threads in a section but not showing them clearly once the user has entered the section just doesn't make sense. It's like putting a note at the front door of a bookstore saying "Hey people! We've got 150 new books!" and not indicating their title and where they are in the store.
This forum software may have a nice look but it seems to have been designed by a beginner programmer. I hope Acronis didn't pay too much for this.
More about this...
We should be able to click on the "new count" text for a given section and get the list of new or modified threads as a result. This would make more sense.
The "new" Ekaterina is referring to, is shown below. Sometimes it is there and sometimes it isn't.
