a non happy french speaking customer
I am an old non happy french speaking customer with your acronis main product : True image 2009-10-11-12 and 13 presently.
Why I am unsatisfied ?
Mainly because on this dedicated forum ,except for german speaking people, there is no section for the non english speaking people.
And so is not easy to explain a problem done by True image and more dificult to receive a good or pretty good answer to a technical question.
2° As fa I know ,there is no a technician of the company in charge here and the responses are to be made by voluntary technician and not regular.
For an expensive buggy soft is a pity and fully unacceptable.
