Unsubscribe from specific threads ?

I want to stop receiving email notifications about certain threads.

The email I receive states :

You can stop receiving emails when someone replies to this post, by going to https://forum.acronis.com/user/12429 .

Unfortunately, that just points to my user profile. I don't see a list of threads I'm subscribed to. The only thing I can do is unsubscribe from all notifications for all threads. This isn't what I want to do . Is there a way ?

I am sure that there used to be an option to unfollow individual topics when you received a notification for a new post being added and opened the link but looks like Acronis have taken that option away, so it is all or nothing now!  I suspect this is due to their changing the forum software a while back!
