Deletion of account (Case: 03138146)
I was on chat yesterday with your support team. I asked for my account to be deleted as I saw no need for it anymore (nothing against Acronis, I just don't use it).
I was informed that the account was deleted and I also got a ticket closure email today. However, the account is still here. I am logged into it right now, writing this message.
Can you please help delete my Acronis account?
Your personal account at acronis.com is disabled indeed. The profile on forum exists separately, so you will be able to log in even with disabled profile at acronis.com.
