‘Form submit error:’ When Attempting To Create A Support Ticket

Hi Jose,
When creating a support ticket, the system still allows a ticket to be created if the ticket is related to a ‘recovery issue’ (which it is).
What is the point of this option if acronis are then just going to reply with the response "sorry the software is not eligible for support"?
Note that the system later allowed me to create a ticket, so the bug documented in the original post is an intermittent problem.
