‘Form submit error:’ When Attempting To Create A Support Ticket

Hello,

Welcome to the forum!

I noticed that there are two tickets in the system. However, as the product has been out of its lifecycle for six years and is no longer eligible for support, I’m afraid the team won’t be able to provide assistance for this matter.

Hi Jose, 

 

When creating a support ticket, the system still allows a ticket to be created if the ticket is related to a ‘recovery issue’ (which it is). 

What is the point of this option if acronis are then just going to reply with the response "sorry the software is not eligible for support"? 

 

Note that the system later allowed me to create a ticket, so the bug documented in the original post is an intermittent problem.
