Have had Acronis products for a few years now, but new to the forum

Hi there & Happy New Year to everyone, I have had or used some Acronis products for a few years now (since late 2018, iirc), but I am very new here to the forum since I just noticed it a few days ago. Also was kinda just wondering btw does anyone please what the average or typical response time is to a forum question here please, as I have a few recent forum questions out there that are currently pending a reply? (I also tried reaching out to Acronis technical support as well but as I mentioned in one of my forum threads, I believe it took a week for them to respond to my initial inquiry, and they have not responded at all thus far, to my follow-up question, to them?) Thanks! :)

Anyone?? Seriously does anyone even read these posts at all? C'mon now...

Yes, the forum is still active. Response times vary. Initial posts are moderated so that can cause a delay. Response times can also be longer for older product versions. It also helps if you post in the correct forum (unfortunately sometimes posts end up in the wrong place for reasons that I do not understand - although happening less frequently now).
