Having Trouble Replying to Rep
I've been trying to communicate with a Daniel Padilla after requesting a business backup scheme, but he seems to be unable to see my replies.
He stated late Friday (05/10) that he would close my ticket on Monday's closing (today).
I sent him an immediate reply, but it is now 2:30p CDT and I've yet to hear from him.
Can someone please contact him and let him know I've done everything I can?
