Acronis Backup Advanced 11.7 - backup error

Hello,

Since few weeks one of my 50 PCs backuped by Acronis can't be backup up.

I removed the agent from console and add it again, all privilages are done, but while backuping process I got an below error message.

If u can help I would be appreciate.

Hello Marek,

Thank you for your posting! I'd start with the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure the target share is accessible from the machine with the installed Agent (use the same account for access you specified for Acronis Managed Machine service). 

2. Create a new plan and specify the target location using the IP-address. Is the backup successful in this case? 

There are also some limitations 
Backup to Managed Or Unmanaged Vault Fails If Destination Path Is Longer Than 255 Characters 

If the issue persists, let us know the results of the above two steps and what account is used for Acronis Managed Machine service.

Hello,

Thx for reply.

Unfortunately it didn't help.

1)  Target is accessible (of course after typing the share I need to put  login and password to access server share from that client PC)

2) Using IP I have the same issue

3) The unmanaged path is not longer than 256

Thank you for feeding back! Did you specify the same account for Acronis Managed Machine service and in the backup plan settings? Could you please double-check.

Yes, while adding the PC to the managament console I used the same account while creating backup plan...

Thank you for checking! In this case it's worth raising a support ticket for investigation, as the issue is non standard and requires collecting and analysis of the diagnostic information which is not possible on forum.

Is the error message you receive on the operation failure the same as quoted in the first post or as you posted in the neighbor thread?
