We use Acronis with Connectwise Manage, one of the servers we back up to the cloud has been backing up fine and then since saturday it's failed everytime with Invalid Parameters as the error, as far as we're aware nothing has changed

Please collect Acronis System Report from the affected server and contact Connectwise for support. If you cannot reach them, please notify us. We will try to get in touch with their support department and ask to contact you in order to solve the issue.

Support engineers should check the logs and the logs on the cloud in case if cloud storage was involved.

Thank you for your reply, the issue resolved itself but should it happen again we will go to ConnectWise

Hi Maria,

The issue has occured again but has been going for a week now and hasn't resolved itself, I've tried to contact ConnectWise but they've said as our licenses are purchased through Acronis we need to go to you for support!

The backup last night failed after 40 minutes

Hello Kieran,

I see that you already you already have an open ticket with Acronis support team. We'd recommend continue working with the support engineers on resolving the issue, because the error message is too generic and there is no clue in our internal source of what the root cause might be, each similar case has different causes.
