Welcome to Acronis forums!

We recommend that you delete this folder that error message refers to

C:\ProgramData\Acronis\AMS\AccessVault\profiles\32E95E91-39F4-6053-9CE4-0DA7E86C8B81\70FFB0E5-5EAD-705A-50F6-6433264F96FD\meta

and re-attempt the operation. This folder will be recreated.
