Unable to delete Cloud Backup uploaded through Ransomware Protection software.

I installed Ransomware protection (OS Windows 10Pro 1809 64Bit) and uploaded 3.2GB files to Acronis Cloud using Ransomware Protection app. I now wish to completely delete this entire back up. I have right clicked the only backup shown (my computer name) on Acronis Cloud and selected "Remove". A Delete Backup window pops up asking if I wish to delete this back up, I then click delete. This pop up remains on screen and a second small square window appears with "Loading" and three moving dots. This remains on screen for several minutes (up to 15). Both popup windows either simply disappear or an error message as below appears saying unable to complete task as computer is in use.

In both instances the backup is not deleted. I have tried this using both Firefox (Quantum V66) and Microsoft Edge both on the computer with the Ransomware Protection software installed on it and a second unrelated computer (Both Windows 10Pro 64Bit) while the main computer is shut down. I would be grateful for help on simply deleting the entire backup.

Please note, on the following day I was able to delete the Acronis Cloud backup. My thought is, when Acronis Cloud stated "computer in use", as its reason being unable to delete my backup, this was referring to Acronis' own system being "busy" rather than to my computer or the installed Ransomware Protection software.
