I need 4.0.584 update to fix network failed.
If 4.0.584 is stable, why not release new version not only the update?
Thank you very much.

I'm having a problem installing an image on a Lenovo Yoga (20CD). I have to use an Ethernet dongle to install the image. I am getting error E0033001D: Failed to connect to Acronis Snap Deploy 4 OS Server. I'm using version 540.

I am fairly certain I am having the exact same issues as everyone else.

My new pc uses an Intel Ethernet Connection I218-LM network card. The model of the laptop is Dell Latitude E5540.

Please give me the latest image to support this NIC

Hello,

We appear to be having similar issues to other posters in this thread.

Could you send me the updated build as well?

Thank you.

Hi Please send me the updated version of the client too. I have 60 computers to deploy by Monday. Lenovo M73s and I purchased Snap Deploy to help me with the deployment. I spent all day trying to get it to work to no avail and then I found his post. I'm hopeful I can get a fast response. I have two days left in my schedule :(

I'd like to receive the new build too.

the newst build fixed my issue... i ended up calling support. It was much faster than waiting for someone to reply back. They should just put the newest build on the website, it would take them no more than 5 minutes to do it.

Calling isn't an option on the support page and they don't respond to my requests to renew support. Pretty shitty support if you ask me.

Dean,

Same with me, phone was not listed. I called my Acronis sales rep and he gave me the support #. I had an updated version emailed to after they looked up my account details, took a matter of 5-10 minutes max.

i'll PM you the #, as i know its frustrating working on a deadline.

Anna, I too am also having issues with ASD 4 (4.0.268), not recognizing the network drivers for a new model workstation, HP ProDesk 400 G1 SFF. Can you assist me with a build upgrade as well. When testing it on the new systems, it doesn't even see the network card however, when I place the older workstations on ADS, it does see the network card. Please point me in the correct direction.

Hi Anna,

Is there a newer build than 4.0.584 that is available to download? We have the new Lenovo T450s and the 584 build is not seeing the NIC.
