Save Backup into external Hard Drive

I haveconnected external USB hard drive to mgmt server, it is showing as volume E, when i go to choose backup destination and click local i dont find that drive there.
If i go to backup storage and add new location, i am able to add external drive, but while choosing backup destination, i dont find it.
Can get suggestion on this issue please ?

Welcome to Acronis forums!

This could be if you added this drive as a local for a specific Agent - that is why it is not accessible from other Agents. You need to share it or add it as a managed location ASN
