Not able to recover PC image through Acronics Restore

I have installed Acronis 11.7 in new desktop and took a new image.

Then image restore initiated on the same desktop and ended with  fault  . Even I try to restore C: alone on the same desktop and ended in Failure.    

Error Code 7 Disk not found .Make sure that all hard disk are installed in your computer.

PC two hard disk 256 Gb SSD and normal HDD 2TB.(Trying to recover the image from HDD)

Any valuable solution please...

Since the support for Acronis Backup 11.7 ended on May 31, 2019, it could be that your SSD is not detected because the recovery media you use does not contain the respective drivers.

Thus, I recommend that you update all Acronis Backup 11.7 components (including Bootable Media) to the latest available build and try recovering again. Otherwise, you can create a Win-PE based recovery media with all the drivers and use it for recovering.
