Hello PCN VA,

thank you for posting on Acronis forums!

Command :

acrocmd recover vm --loc=\\Server1\Images --arc=Archive --backup=E61C51BD-073D-4B85-B668-XXXXXXXXXXXX --vmname=restoretest  (command constructed with Acronis command line reference book in Page.no 71)

There is a host parameter with its credentials missing in your example. This host will execute the command.

Please see example:

acrocmd recover vm --vmid=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX --loc=\\bkpsrv\vm_backups --credentials=netuser,pass --arc="my vm archive" --host=srv1 --credentials="srv1\AMS user",pass1 --service=ams

Please read more details in documentation: https://www.acronis.com/en-us/support/documentation/AcronisCyberBackup_12.5_Command_Line_Reference/index.html#37226.html
