Ransomware Free 5GB Cloud Storage Subscription Has Expired. How Do I Renew Subscription?

I am unable to back up to my free 5GB cloud as my Ransomware desktop app now states Your Acronis Cloud subscription has expired. Am I able to renew my subscription to regain use of the 5GB free storage? On my account page it states Acronis Cloud Storage Trial Expired. Is the 5GB of storage (included with Ransomware software) simply a trial or is it actually free long-term?

I have read through the Ransomware user guide and it simply talks of the 5GB of cloud storage as being free, no mention is made of a subscription.

Please advise on how to reset my subscription or whether the 5GB of free storage is a once only trial. Thank you.

As an update I was sent a link by Acronis to https://kb.acronis.com/reactivate-account  This method does not work.

My account was not inactive, the cloud was used daily. The issue is simply that my 5GB cloud subscription has expired.

If I log out of the app then in again the app still shows Your Acronis Cloud subscription has expired.

Should I simply delete my existing account and start again? Thank you.

Just so you know, the empty comments windows below were generated when trying to add a further comment, but there seems to to be no means of deleting them.

sorry for the delayed response! I've checked the email-address associated with your forum profile and see it is canceled. Did you create a new account?
