Dell Optiplex 3020 - Acronis Master Image Creator fails to launch
We just received our first Dell Optiplex 3020, and after manually building the machine to our specs I booted up Acronis via DVD in order to snap an image. I get the splash screen and menu to select which product I want to run, then I get the splash screen for the Master Image Creator, and then a black screen with a scroll of white text. It stops at this point and just hangs there:
Autodetecting RAID arrays.
Scanned 0 and added 0 devices
... autorun DONE.
/bin/lvm vgscan --mknodes --ignorelockingfailure
/bin/lvm: /lib/tls/libc.so.6: version 'GLIBC_2.7' not found by /bin/lvm)
/bin/ipwatchd -c /etc/ipwatchd.conf

I presume it's missing drivers, I'm currently running SnapDeploy 3.0.3510.
the version of Acronis Snap Deploy which you are using is rather old and doesn't contain drivers for new hardware.
Please check if Acronis Snap Deploy 4 works as expected (I've sent you a private message with download link) and if it does, I would recommend you upgrading to a newer version.
Anna, I am having the same issue. Can you send me the link so I can try it out?
We have a problem with the optiplex 3020 - we are trying to deploy an image to them and Acronis is hanging at the "Processing, please wait..." screen after selecting Snap Deploy from the Acronis menu. Can you send us the link for v4.0 please?
You should be able to download SnapDeploy v4 from your Acronis Account if you have valid support maintenance .
Currently we already have released Snap Deploy 5. If you have valid support maintenance you can download it from your Acronis Account as well.
Download and Update the Dell Optiplex 3020 USB and other drivers from here: https://windows10skill.com/download-dell-drivers-for-windows-10/
We are using Dell Optiplex 3020 SFF PCs and they are freezing up after image deployment and reboot. Basically, they get to the point right before the Acronis Agent loads. When they freeze up, the screen goes black and the PC becomes unresponsive. We have to power cycle the PC to get out of the frozen state. Does anyone have any ides of what's causing this?
