Product details in my account

None of the 4 products I am using no longer show up in my account.  The space is blank.

When I tried to re-register them, I was told they were already registered..They were there the last time I looked with keys etc


Any ideas?

John, welcome to these public User Forums.

Sorry but you are going to need to contact Acronis Support directly for help with this situation as none of us users have any access to the Acronis systems used for account management etc.

The only reason I can think of that could cause this issue is if you used a different account when registering your products, i.e. registered with a different email address & password.  I have never known registered products to just disappear in all the years I have personally used Acronis products.

Hello John,

I've checked the account associated with your forum profile - no products registered there. If the issue still persists, could you please send me the license key in question and (if any) other email that might had been used for registration at Acronis website. You can send all in a personal message - click on Send message near my profile.
