Agree with above user, looks nice! Initial connection to the remote computer (LAN) is slow compared to say TeamViewer/Splashtop and that is using either NEAR or RDP and using the desktop client as I couldn't get the website to establish a remote connection at all.. although not a big issue as I'd prefer a desktop client anyway.
The 15min connection limit could be an problem, anyway to remove it if we pay? Unless I missed it, I couldn't find anything on the website about it.

I'm still using Windows 10. Does this update allow us to turn on memory integrity? I'm still getting the message that Acronis drivers are not compatible with turning it on.

Great product!!!
How can I remove the 15 minute limit? Is there a license to pay?
Thank you very much

Hello Claudio,
The 15-minute is a built-in limitation of a freemium product which is currently distributed under the brand of Acronis. It would be possible to get rid of the limit once the full fledged product is released. We've passed this thread to a responsible product manager to review and comment.

Thank you very much Ekaterina!
Do you have any temporal info on the official release of the commercial release?

I am a user who has been essentially locked out of the screen sharing software as a result of long last bug that was related to the software not recognizing the shift key (from any Apple platform) rendering the product dead unless passwords would be seriously diminished. Was told it would not be fixed because the software could not break updated.
Now that there was an update, I haven't been able to read anything related to the fix of the shift key bug. Has this been fixed?
Second, I purchased a lifetime plan for remote access and yet it appears that is no longer the case (referencing possibly 15 minute timer.) Need full access as purchased.
Thank you - PR

1) This is a post about the product release, so asking what the product release included/excluded would be appropriate here.
2) Unable to create a ticket because it requires a registered product - which as explained the product isn’t showing.
So asking again, can someone here confirm if the shift key problem for Apple devices has been fixed or addressed in someway with the new update? How do we use the product as it was purchased without a timer?

No mention of bug fix, though can’t see it not being fixed with new Apple platform releases. Since there is no software to register required to create a support ticket, can someone share if the bug has been fixed?

I don't think it was fixed but that must be confirmed by the team. The link I attached above allows you to contact with support directly, you just need to leave the details there.
