True Image 2020 - recovery not possible

The backup sits on the USB disk, the .tibx file is 49 GB, generated Jan 9, 2020.

When I start True Image 2020 RECOVERY, it says "Es gibt keine wiederherzustellenden Daten" what means: "no recovery data".

How can I get my data back?

Gerd, welcome to these public User Forums.

Are you clicking on Recover within the ATI 2020 main GUI panel in Windows when you see this error of 'No data to recover'?

If so, click on the option to 'Add existing backup' then navigate to the most recent .tibx file for this backup task and select that file to be added.  This should then allow the Recovery page to show the correct information.
